Shipping

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from Western Sydney, NSW.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note: All shipping rates listed below are starting prices. Final shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight and size of your order. Any adjustments (if applicable) will be clearly reflected at checkout before payment.

Australian Orders

We ship all Australian orders with Australia Post, and every parcel includes tracking so you can follow its journey.

Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over A$300.

For orders under A$300:

  • Standard ShippingA$11
    Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Express ShippingA$15
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Once your parcel has been marked as delivered by Australia Post, responsibility for the shipment passes to the recipient. We recommend using a secure delivery address whenever possible.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide using Australia Post Express International, with tracking included on every order.

Shipping rates are as follows:

  • New ZealandA$25 (Estimated delivery: 6–9 business days)
  • Asia Pacific, USA & CanadaA$30 (Estimated delivery: 7–11 business days)

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by Australia Post and your local postal service. While the estimated delivery times above are a helpful guide, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. As these fees vary between countries, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us because customs duties or taxes were not paid, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in preparing every order before it leaves us.

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at info@craftsofindia.com.au.

While we're unable to control the delivery process, we'll always do our best to assist you in working with the courier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
